PHPTools was needed for blogger

PHPTools was needed for blogger. Phptools is a site that i built for providing easy for bloggers. What is site for ? related with the name, PHPTOOLS. The site that have contains tool that often using by Bloggers. Like Encode HTML, Decode HTML, Encode Base64, Decode base64, Encode MD5, Words Counter, etc.
